Are poker aid software such as PokerAce,Poker tracker ok to use on the main sites?

What are the rules regarding poker software on the main sites? 888, pokerstars etc? Cheers

1. Pokerstars has an entire list of acceptable programs. Look in their FAQ and TOS. They do allow legitamate software, as long as it doesn't give you any unfair edge against your opponent.
2. Check out the pokergob.com forum. I know for a fact that all the poker sites listed in their online poker page allow you to use PokerTracker. I believe that Online Poker sites can actually view what websites you are logged into while playing, for example Ultimate Bet once sent me an email while I was playing saying that I can't use poker-edge.com while playing...
